Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the website fastwaysmarketing.com or hire Fast Ways Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) for a project. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before we start work.
Our services
We design and build websites, web platforms, mobile apps and e-commerce stores, and we provide graphic design, custom software, digital marketing, social media marketing and SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (in a proposal, quotation or message thread) before work begins. Anything not included in that agreed scope is treated as separate work.
Quotations and payment
- Quotations are based on the scope known at the time and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- The payment schedule for each project is agreed in writing before work starts.
- If an agreed payment is delayed, we may pause work until it is received; timelines move accordingly.
- Third-party costs — for example domain names, hosting, premium licences and advertising spend — are payable by the client unless the quotation says they are included.
- Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google and Meta are governed by those platforms’ own terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, materials, logins and feedback we need, in reasonable time.
- Confirm that you hold the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you supply to us, and that using them does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Check proofs, drafts and staging links we send you; approval of a design or draft means we may proceed on that basis.
- Project timelines depend on timely input from you; delays in supplying material or approvals may move delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables we created for you — your website design, content and files. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, which we may reuse on other projects. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing, as most agencies do.
Revisions and changes
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are part of every project. Requests that change the scope — new pages, new features or a different direction — are quoted separately before we carry them out, so there are no surprise costs.
Third-party services
Websites and campaigns rely on third parties: hosting companies, domain registrars, software providers and advertising platforms. Their services run under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy decisions or account actions (for example an advertising account decision taken by Google or Meta).
No guarantee of results
We work to recognised good practice, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control — competition, budgets, search engine algorithms and market conditions. We therefore cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads or sales, and any figures in our case studies describe past projects rather than promised outcomes.
Using this website
- The content of this website is general information about our services and may change without notice.
- Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, no automated extraction of data for spam, and no implying an affiliation with us that does not exist.
- Our name, logo and site content belong to us; please do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
External links
This website links to other sites, including client projects and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the version that applies to a project is the one in force when the project was agreed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan.
